INTEGRATED QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
The quality management system and the environmental management system form an integrated management system of the company. By implementing an integrated system, we monitor the systematic and continuous improvement of the quality management system, environmental protection in the daily activities of the company. The company’s management is committed to constantly improving the effectiveness of the integrated management system, primarily through set goals, target values, programs and control mechanisms.
To fulfill these goals, the company’s management announces the following integrated policy:
Our aim is to ensure activities always in accordance with the requirements of standards ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 and ČSN EN ISO 14001:2016 and valid legislation.
The goal of all our activities is always full customer satisfaction and environmental protection.
The quality and responsible work of every employee and subcontractor is a guarantee of the company’s success.
On the basis of regular evaluation of the state of the implemented systems, determine appropriate measures for continuous improvement of the integrated management system. Strive to prevent environmental pollution and reduce the burden on the environment.
In all activities related to the implementation of contracts provided by the company, always comply with applicable legislation in terms of quality, take measures to reduce waste and apply environmentally friendly and energy-intensive procedures.
Support mutual communication with our customers, suppliers and subcontractors in order to improve the quality. Communicate and cooperate with public and administrative authorities and other stakeholders on environmental issues.
Periodically educate and instruct all employees in the field of the quality and environmental protection.
Establish and consistently implement an effective system for identifying potential risks and opportunities for the company and acquainting employees with these risks. Take measures to reduce these risks, or eliminate them completely and evaluate their effectiveness.
The company’s management undertakes to provide adequate resources for the integrated management system and to create conditions enabling the support and implementation of this integrated policy.

Our company is idependently audited and certidied to in conformance with ISO 9001 since year 1999. At present we are cetified and registered in conformance with ISO 9001:2015. Our liabilities concerning ISO 9001 certification is policy of sustained improvement of quality standards. This improvement includes every step in process, starting from material selection, development and manufacture of our products to final delivery to our customers. Our goal is to deliver products fully convenient to our customers´ specifications in shortest possible time. Every employee of KRYSTALY, Hradec Králové, a.s. has these targets in his mind.
